Delhi Overseas is urgently recruiting Coffee Machine Technicians for a reputed international brand in Qatar. This is an excellent overseas job opportunity for skilled technicians with experience in commercial and domestic coffee machines.
🔹 Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Coffee Machine Technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial and domestic coffee machines. The role requires hands-on experience with electromechanical systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to high service standards and customer satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines and grinders
- Diagnose technical faults and perform repairs on-site or at the service centre
- Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and performance checks
- Train customers on correct machine operation and cleaning procedures
- Maintain accurate service reports, records, and spare parts inventory
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting remotely or in person
- Coordinate with customer service and sales teams for efficient scheduling
- Follow safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies
🔹 Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in technical servicing (coffee machines or food & beverage equipment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and electronic diagnostics
- Experience with international brands such as La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, WMF, Jura (preferred)
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client locations
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Good English communication skills
