Refund Policy

At Assignments Gulf Times, we provide digital subscription-based services including premium job alerts, website memberships, Telegram access, and WhatsApp-based services.


1. No Refund Policy (Standard)

All subscription payments are non-refundable once access to services has been granted.

This includes:

  • Website membership access
  • Telegram channel/group access
  • WhatsApp group/channel access
  • Digital job alert services

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following specific conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same subscription
  • Technical error where access was not provided after successful payment
  • Payment deducted but subscription access not activated within 24–48 hours

All refund requests must be supported with valid proof such as payment receipt or transaction ID.


3. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway provider.


4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription renewal at any time.

However:

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
  • Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
