🧠 Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, emails, and official documents.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding inquiries, purchase orders, and shipping updates.
- Welcome and assist visitors from abroad; provide hospitality upon request.
- Handle visitor interactions and internal communication in a professional manner.
- Prepare internal and external memos, reports, and books.
- Maintain office inventory and ensure timely ordering of required supplies (stationery, kitchen items, water, envelopes, etc.).
- Support security, safety, and air-conditioning officers in maintaining main office equipment.
